What should I do if I’m having trouble accessing Altamira?

Access issues with Altamira may occur. First, you need to check which access procedure you are using:
1. Direct access through the platform at https://platform.altamirahrm.com/
2. Access via Single Sign-On (SSO)
N.B. The following checks must be performed by the System Administrator.
If the employee accesses directly from the platform, verify that:
- The employee’s record is correctly linked to a position (See also Create and associate a position with an employee )
- The user account is correctly linked to the employee’s record (See also Create a new user )
- The user account is unique, and there are not two user accounts for the same employee.
- The user account is not locked (See also Locked user account – what should I do? )
- The user’s password has not expired (See also Reset password )
If the employee accesses using Single Sign-On, verify that:
- The correct email address is entered in the employee’s record.
- The authentication provider correctly associates the groups for Altamira access (See also Enable a new user for SSO access )
- The employee’s record is correctly linked to a position (See also Create and associate a position with an employee )
With Microsoft 365, the following error may occur, in which case you need to check point 2 in the list above:
