If you publish a job posting from Altamira HRM and cannot find it in the Work with us section of your LinkedIn Company Page, the cause is usually not in the ATS. It depends on a page setting that only LinkedIn manages. This guide explains how the process works and what to do to unblock publishing.

How publishing on LinkedIn works

Publishing a job posting on LinkedIn involves two parties:

• Altamira HRM: sends the job posting to LinkedIn. Our role ends when the job posting is sent from the ATS.
• LinkedIn: receives the job posting, reads it, and decides whether and where to republish it, including on your Company Page.

The reading and republishing of job postings are therefore handled only by LinkedIn. The same applies to all external job boards: each one applies its own rules and can change them at any time.

Like other portals, LinkedIn can independently update its requirements and settings. It does not always notify ATS providers about these changes. Sometimes it sends communications directly to Company Page administrators, for example by email or newsletter. We recommend checking them, as they may contain useful information.

Why job postings might not appear

In most cases, the option that allows basic job posting publishing (Basic Jobs) is not enabled on the Company Page.

For LinkedIn, this option is a mandatory prerequisite for every Company Page. As long as it remains disabled, LinkedIn will not display job postings received from the ATS on the page, even if Altamira HRM sent them correctly.

How to enable basic job posting publishing

You can enable the option only if you are a super admin of the LinkedIn Company Page. If you do not have this role, forward these instructions to the person at your company who does.

1. Sign in to LinkedIn using the account of a super admin of the Company Page
2. Open LinkedIn's official guide: Enable basic job posting publishing
3. Follow the steps in the guide to enable basic job postings on the page
4. Select the ATS from which to receive job postings, that is, Altamira HRM
5. Save the settings

Note: Menus and options may change over time at LinkedIn's discretion. For this reason, we refer you to the official guide, which is always kept up to date.

What happens after activation

When the option is active and the ATS is selected, LinkedIn publishes the job postings on the Company Page within 24 hours. You do not need to do anything in Altamira HRM, and you do not need to republish the job postings.

If the job postings still do not appear

If you still do not see the job postings 24 hours after activation, contact LinkedIn Support. Only LinkedIn can check the status of the page and how it handles received job postings.

• Open the LinkedIn support form
• Describe the issue and indicate that the job postings come from the Altamira HRM ATS
• Attach, if possible, the link to a job posting published by the ATS that you cannot find on the page
