Loss of badge, what should I do?

If you are an employee, you need to contact your System Administrator.
If you are the System Administrator, follow these steps:
- Verify with the employee since when the badge has been lost.
- Open the days: if the days/weeks/months included in the period of loss are in Processed or Closed status, you need to reopen those days. (e.g., today is 27/11 but the employee lost the badge on 22/11; if the employee is not expected to clock in during the weekend, it will be necessary to reopen those days). - Copy the previous shift plan: you cannot change the badge in the old shift plan because the punches associated with the old badge must remain linked to the days already processed. See also Change the shift plan for an employee who already has one
- Re-close the days: once the operations listed above are completed, process and close the days again. See Reopen and re-close one or more days already processed or closed
