What should I do if my account is locked?
FollowIt may happen that after several unsuccessful login attempts, the account gets locked for security reasons.
To unlock a user account, the System Administrator must follow these steps:
- Go to Settings > Security > Users
- Click on the user’s name
- In the Basic Data tab, uncheck the box corresponding to Account locked
- Click Save
This will restore the user’s access to the platform.
If you need to send the email to reset the login credentials, simply click the Send email button located at the bottom left.
