Loss of access to the app, what should I do?
FollowThe app may occasionally freeze or show errors. To fix these malfunctions, you have two possible solutions:
- If you can access the app but the views are not updated > Reload the configuration
- If the app stops on the blue screen with the Altamira logo and then shows an error, you need to clear the data because the app is stuck > Clear app data
Reload the configuration
- Click on your profile image located at the top left.
- Click on Reload configuration.
Clear App Data
If the app freezes on the blue screen with the Altamira logo or shows errors, you need to clear the data because it is stuck.
iOS:
- You need to uninstall the app and reinstall it.
Android:
- Close the app.
- On your phone, press and hold the app icon for a few seconds.
- In the popup that appears, select the i icon to open the settings. Alternatively, go to Android Settings > Applications > Altamira HRM.
- In the screen that appears, select Storage.
- Tap the Clear Data button.
- When the confirmation message appears, select Delete.
After this operation, both Data and Cache should be set to 0.
