Why is my vacancy not appearing on the multiposting websites?
Follow
When publishing vacancies, they are not only visible on your own career site, especially if you have chosen to keep the default job search engines partnered with Altamira active. In this case, some precautions are required.

- Do not add more than one location per vacancy
Each job board has its own internal publication policies. In many cases, we have verified that they do not accept vacancies with more than one associated location. This may cause the vacancy to be rejected and, consequently, not displayed on multiposting websites.
If you need to publish the same vacancy in multiple locations, you can copy the original vacancy.

- Do not use a generic country or region as the location (e.g., Italy)
To ensure that vacancies are correctly published and indexed, pay attention to the quality checks performed by external job boards. Enter a single, specific location: avoid indicating only the country, the region, or an overly specific city. Instead, specify the province. This ensures proper indexing of the vacancy, prevents publication in incorrect cities, and improves visibility.
- Withdrawing and republishing the same vacancy
Try to avoid repeating this process too many times, as job boards may not always republish the vacancy. The unique identifier remains the same, and the publication date of the first posting may still be used, which can reduce visibility.
Furthermore, after withdrawing a vacancy, to republish it on each job board you need to click on every link in the Multiposting tab and select 'Publish'. (Only for LinkedIn there is a specific procedure.)

Note: In the Multiposting list, on the row referring to Google Jobs, during republishing you may see the label 'Not Published', but the vacancy is actually sent correctly. Even when creating a new vacancy, for Google Jobs you will always see the label 'Published (queued for sending)', but in reality, the vacancy is published instantly. Google indexes vacancies on the career site autonomously, and we have no control over when this process occurs.
- Timing
After publication, the vacancy will be immediately visible on your career site. However, for the job boards included in Multiposting, it may take up to 24 hours for internal reviews to be completed and the vacancy approved. The same delay may occur for changes made after publication.
