In Altamira HRM, the job locations of job postings are list-type codings. To modify, remove, or add new locations to the list, you can ask an Administrator account to follow these steps:

1. Go to Setup > User Interface > Lists
2. Search for Locations in the search bar and click on the name “Locations” (Description: CVs by locations, Vacancies/locations)
3. To add a new location, make sure no item is selected in the left column, then click the New button in the upper right corner
   If you need to create a location as a subcategory of another, select the main location with your mouse and then click the + New button in the upper right corner
4. Rename the New item with the location you want to add
5. Click Save

If you need to add multiple locations at once:

1. Click Bulk insert 
2. Enter the location names, using one line for each item
3. Click Add, and the new locations will appear on the left

How a location behaves:

• When you change the location's Name, the module asks whether you want the position to be automatically recalculated based on the new name
• The geographic position can be set using the interactive map and the built-in Google Places search
• Region and Country are filled in automatically from the position and cannot be edited manually
• Region and Country are used for proximity search and for the correct publication of vacancies on job boards
