Which types of authentication are available?

Two types of authentication are available: local authentication and single sign-on authentication. Local authentication does not use two-factor verification (e.g., username/password and SMS), but most single sign-on authentication providers support it. Altamira is integrated with Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other SSO providers with SAML support. Therefore, we recommend using this option to enable two-factor authentication.
