ATTENTION – You have exceeded the number of employees allowed by your contract, so some employees will not be accessible.
it means that you have surpassed the employee limit defined in your contract. The database count includes only currently employed staff. You can check the contractual limit by consulting the Account Summary report (found under Reports > Report List > Account Summary > Contracts).
To unlock the database, you can:
- Contact the Altamira Sales team at sales@altamirahrm.com to request a database extension.
- Terminate employees who are no longer active within the system.
