The cloud is running slow, what can I do?

If the cloud seems to be running slower than usual and/or is not responsive, you can do a few preliminary tests on your own:
- Open other applications and/or platforms to check if they are all running slow. If so, it might not be a problem of Altamira's
- Verify your internet connection
- Check the proxy and firewalls installed on your pc. They often slow down the performance of your computer
- Use the Windows Network Diagnostic tool
If only Altamira's cloud is running slow:
- Run some navigation tests to determine whether only a few specific sections are slow or the entire cloud is not responsive
- Collect some data related to these tests, such as: duration of the performance, error messages (with screenshots, if possible) and contact the Customer Success team
