The results page is blank / shows no records. Why?
FollowIf the section of the platform you are on appears "blank" or you don't see some or all of the items that should appear, you may have a filter set.
- If you are viewing a list:
The page will display the list filtered in accordance with your search and the wording (filtered) will appear next to the total number of items. If there are no matching elements, the page will remain empty and the wording will say "0 elements" (filtered).
- If you are in a workflow:
Check if you are in a specific status that limits the visibility of the elements. When you click on a specific status, you will only see the elements contained in it, as the selection filters the elements according to the status they belong to.
To display all the elements of the workflow again, you will have to click on the Status item at the top of the menu.
