Check the sending of notification emails

You can verify whether emails sent from the platform have been successfully delivered using several tools. Below are the available methods:
- Click Other > Sent mail
- In the search bar, click the arrow next to “Find” > Advanced search, then enter the candidate’s or employee’s name/email address in the “Recipient” field to perform the check.
If you have the Recruiting module enabled:
- Go to Recruiting > CV database, search and open the candidate’s profile
- Open the “History” section; at the bottom, under “Emails”, you’ll find the list of notifications sent
From the specific report:
- Go to Reports > Report list and search for "User back-office access log"
- In the “Event description” filter, select the event “Email sent” and/or “Email not sent”
- To select or deselect events in the filter, hold down Ctrl while clicking the desired option
- Click the Find button
