When you view an email the platform uses a form that displays the main fields of the email message. If you need to you can download the original email message as an attachment.

To download the original email message as an attachment:

1. Click on Other and open the Sent messages or the Inbox archive
2. Search for the email using the Quick search field or the Advanced search form
3. Click on the subject of an email
4. Click on Download email button to download the original email as an attachment
