Copying an email template

To copy an email template:

1. Edit the email template (Creating and editing a template)
2. Click on the Copy button
3. Enter the new email template name
4. Click on the Copy button

You can also copy email templates from the list of email templates by clicking on the Copy link in the row of the item you wish to copy.

Deleting email templates

To delete an email template:

1. Click on Setup > Email > E-mail Templates from the top menu
2. Select the email you wish to delete
3. Click on the Delete button

You can also delete email templates from the list of email templates by selecting the reports and clicking on the Delete button at the bottom of the list.
