Vacancy templates
FollowTo speed up the creation and publication of new job postings, you can configure custom job post templates. These templates allow you to save a basic structure and reuse it whenever needed, avoiding having to re-enter the same information each time.
To create job post templates:
- Go to Settings > Templates > Job Post Templates
- Click New
- Fill in the form with the necessary data. This information can be edited later when creating a new job post from a saved template.
- Click Save
Or alternatively:
- Create a job post > from the job post properties, click Actions > Convert to template
- Enter the template title > Convert to template
How to create a job post from a template:
- Go to the Job Posts section > New
- Select the desired template from the menu that opens, or click More templates to view the full list
- Select the template you want to use
- Click Select to open the pre-filled job post screen
- Proceed with the editing and completion of the job post

The templates menu is available by clicking New in the Job Posts section, or in the new setup from Recruiting > Job Post Templates.
If you have created custom templates, they will be visible in the New button according to the following rules:
- The most recently opened templates are shown first
- If you have more than 4 templates, the remaining ones are available by clicking More templates
- All templates present in the system are still accessible from this section
- You can apply filters to make it easier to find and select the desired template
