When you publish a job posting, you can choose whether to make it visible on the Career Site and job search engines or JobBoards, or keep it hidden. This feature is useful when you want the posting to be configured and ready for publication without being immediately accessible to the public.

This feature is available only for Recruiting Enterprise and Recruiting Consulting.

If you want the posting not to be visible on the Career Site and job search engines, follow these simple steps:

1. Go to the Properties of the posting
2. Click on Advanced
3. Check the box Hide posting from list
4. Click Save

The following behavior applies:

• Draft posting: if you enable the "Hide posting from list" flag, the posting will not be published on job search engines and cannot be forced to publish in any way, even if the posting status is later changed to "Published posting." The flag has a permanent effect on the external visibility of the posting even after a status change.
• Published posting: if you enable the "Hide posting from list" flag, the posting will be removed from the Career Site, but it will not be automatically withdrawn from the job search engines where it has already been published. In this case, you must manually withdraw it from each engine.

Note: By enabling the Hide posting from list checkbox, the posting will be included in the automatic withdrawal procedure. It will therefore be withdrawn automatically like other postings.
