Publishing existing vacancies

1. Click on the Vacancies 
2. Search for the vacancy using the Quick search field or the Advanced search form
3. Click on the edit iconto display the vacancy Properties
4. Click on the Publish button at the bottom of the form

To publish several vacancies at once:

1. Click Vacancies 
2. Search for the vacancy using the Quick search field or the Advanced search form
3. Select the vacancies by clicking the check box in the selection column
4. Click on the Publish button at the bottom of the table
5. In the State column you can see if the corresponding vacancy has been published

Vacancies can be replicated to external job boards and job search engines using multiposting (see Multiposting)

Withdrawing existing vacancies

1. Click on the Vacancies 
2. Search for the vacancy using the Quick search field or the Advanced search form
3. Click on the edit iconto display the vacancy Properties
4. Click on the Publish button at the bottom of the form

To withdraw several vacancies at once:

1. Click Vacancies > Vacancy list from the top menu
2. Search for the vacancy using the Quick search field or the Advanced search form
3. Select the vacancies by clicking the check box in the selection column
4. Click on the Withdraw button at the bottom of the table
5. In the State column you can see if the corresponding vacancy has been withdrawn
