The Multiposting section allows you to publish the same job posting on multiple Career Sites or on external job boards and job search engines.

To publish job postings directly on third-party websites, you must establish a specific agreement with each job board, acquiring credits for usage. To configure an external job board on your account, contact Altamira Customer Success. 

The Multiposting section within the Properties of a job posting includes the following sections:

• Career Center: the company Career Site; it includes the link builder (see also Link Builder)
• Multiposting - JobBoard: external job boards for which credits must be activated by entering into specific agreements (e.g., Monster, InfoJobs, BroadBean, etc.). Altamira.it is also included, Altamira’s completely free job board
• Multiposting - Job Search Engines:  job search engines where postings are automatically published
• Easy CV: allows you to add applications to the database via email (see Easy CV)

To publish or withdraw a job posting on Job Boards

 To publish on the Job Boards available in your account:

1. Go to the Multiposting section in the properties of the job posting you are interested in
2. Click on the name of the Job Board you are interested in
3. Fill in the multiposting fields by selecting the options from the dropdown menus:
   • Role
   • Industry
   • Work location
   • Years of experience
   • Contract type
4. Click Publish

Each Job Board will have different fields depending on the classification used on that site.

To withdraw the posting from job boards, access the Job Board and click Withdraw.

To publish or withdraw a job posting on search engines

Publishing a job posting on the Career Site automatically extends to all the search engines listed in the Multiposting > Job Search Engines section. Under the Status column, you can view the publication status of the posting.

Withdrawing a job posting also removes it from all search engines.

If you want to withdraw a posting from a specific search engine, go to the Multiposting section, select the desired engine, and click Withdraw.

If instead you want to remove the posting from all engines, use the “Remove from all external sites” link available at the bottom of the search engine list.

If you want to republish a posting that you previously withdrew, you must access each individual engine and republish it manually one by one. To republish the posting:

• Go to the Multiposting section in the posting properties
• Click on the name of the search engine in the “Job Board Name” column
• Click Publish

To disable default search engines

You can disable default search engines if you do not want job postings to be automatically published on multiposting portals.

To do this:

• Go to Settings (gear icon) > Recruiting > Job Search Engines
• Turn the toggle on or off to the right of the desired search engine
