The Multiposting tab allows you to post the same vacancy to different Career Centres or to external job boards and job search engines.

Please note that for direct publishing of job openings on third party websites a specific agreement needs to be made with each job board. To configure your account to post on an external job board please contact the Altamira Customer Success team.

The Multiposting section of a Vacancy Properties contains the following sections: 

• Career Center: the corporate Career Site; it contains the link builder (see also Link Builder)
• Multiposting - JobBoard: external job boards for which credits are to be activated upon specific agreements (eg Monster, Infojobs, BroadBean, etc.). Altamira.it is also present and it is completely free
• Multiposting - Job search engines: the job search engines on which the vacancies are automatically published
• Easy CV: allows you to add applications in the database using e-mail (see Easy CV)

Publishing or withdrawing vacancies on search engines

Publishing vacancies on the Career Site means automatically publishing them on all the search engines listed in the Multiposting > Multiposting - JobBoard section. Under the Status column you can view the vacancy publication status.

The withdrawal of a vacancy from search engines, on the other hand, can only be done manually, one by one. To withdraw a vacancy:

1. Go to the Multiposting section in the properties of a vacancy
2. Click on the name of the search engine in the column "Job board name"
3. Click on Withdraw

Publishing or withdrawing vacancies on Job Boards

To publish a vacancy on the Job Boards from your account:

1. Go to the Multiposting section in the properties of a vacancy
2. Click on the name of the Job board of your interest
3. Fill in the fields of the multiposting codes by selecting the elements from the drop-down menus:
   
   • Role
   • Business Unit
   • Location
   • Years of expertise
   • Contract
4.  Click on Publish

Each Job board will have different fields based on the coding used on that site.

To withdraw the vacancy from the job boards, click on the Job board name and click on Withdraw.
