Altamira Recruiting can send an email when an event occurs or for a specific outcome of an action. This email needs to be pre-defined as an email template. To associate events with email templates:

1. Click on Setup > Email > Email on event from the top menu
2. Click on the name of an event you wish to associate an email template with
3. Select an email template from the drop down list
4. Click on the View link to view a preview of the email
5. Click on the Save button

The events that have associated with email templates are described in the user interface.

To remove the association between the template and the event:

1. Click on Setup\Email\Email on event from the top menu
2. Select the event by clicking the check box in the selection column
3. Click on the Delete button at the bottom of the form
