To create a new project

1. Click on Projects > New
2. Fill in the form as necessary
3. Click on the Save button at the bottom of the form

To edit an existing project

1. Click on Projects
2. Search for the project using the Quick search field or the Advanced search form
3. Click on the edit iconto edit the project
4. Make the required changes
5. Click on the Save button at the bottom of the form

The form displays the project details in multiple tabs. Although the form can be fully customized, it usually has the following fields:

• Project name: the name you wish to assign to the project
• Project supervisor: the user responsible for the project
• Start date: the start date of the project. This field is for information only
• End date: the end date of the project. This field is for information only
• Open: select this option to mark the project as open or in progress
• Notes: to add any notes relating to the project
