The image insertion feature allows you to enrich your job vacancies with visual content, enhancing their impact and clarity. In just a few steps, you can upload an image to the system, copy its dynamic link, and insert it directly into the body of the vacancy. A simple and quick way to make your communications more effective and engaging.

To insert an image in the body of a vacancy:

1. Click on Settings > Career Site Configuration
2. Click the edit icon next to the name of the Career Site
3. Click the images folder icon
4. Click on New > Image
5. Enter the image name in the "Document Name" field, upload the image using "Scegli File" (size 240 x 160 pixels), and set visibility to "All users"
6. Click Save
7. Click the "Base" tab and copy the tag for dynamic link. Here is an example:
8. To insert the image, go to the body of the vacancy and expand the Toolbar
9. Click the image icon and paste the URL (e.g. https://careersite.altamiraweb.com/images/altamira.gif/).
   The system will automatically display a preview of the image. If the preview does not appear correctly, you may need to reset the image size by returning to step 5 of the guide
10. Finally, click OK to insert the image into the text
