Adding a new document to the Career Centre
FollowTo add a new document or folder to the Career Centre:
- Click on Setup
> Frontend configuration in the top menu
- Locate the Search box and type the Career Centre name
- Click on the folder
on the left of the Career Centre name
- Click on the name of the folder you wish to add the document to
- Click on the New link in the command bar at the top of the pane
- Select the type of document you wish to add
- Fill in the form as necessary
- Click on the Save button
The following are the document types supported by the Career Centre:
- Folder: A folder to contain other documents
- Page template: A web page that is the template for creating other web pages
- Web page: A web page
- Image: An image file
- Cascading style sheet: A cascading style sheet
- Script: A JavaScript file
- Generic file: A generic file
- Xml: An XML file
For example, if you select Page Template type of document, the form has following fields:
- Document name: The name of page template
- Title: The title of the page template when building the title tag
- Description: A description of the page template that is used when building the meta name="description" tag
- Keywords: The keywords associated with this object used when building the meta name="keywords" tag
- Include in lists of pages of this site (sitemap.xml, sitemap.htm): If checked, this document will be included in any lists of documents of this site. This includes the sitemap.xml document and any sitemap meant for human readers, that is generated using lists of documents
- Visibility: The visibility of the document, the options are Not visible, Registered users and All user
