Managing documents in the Career Centre
FollowTo manage the documents in a Career Centre:
- Click on Setup
> Career Centre > Frontend configuration in the top menu
- Locate the Search box and type the Career Centre name
- Click on the edit icon
next to the Career Centre
- Click on the folder on the left of the Career Centre name
The document explorer will be displayed. The left hand pane of the document explorer has the following features:

Browse the folder hierarchy: Click on the
icon on the left of the folder name to expand the folder and view any child folders
- Display the contents of a folder: Click on the folder name to view the contents of the folder in the right hand pane
The right hand pane of the document explorer has the following features:
- View the list of objects in a folder: the child folders and documents contained in a folder are displayed in the right hand pane.
- Edit an object: click on the name of the object to edit it

Preview an object: click on the preview icon
and click on the web address you would like to use to preview the document
- Select an object: click on the check box in the left hand of the object list
- Copy an object: select the object and click on the Copy link in the command bar at the top of the pane. Browse to the destination folder and click on the Paste link
- Move an object: select the object and click on the Cut link in the command bar at the top of the pane. Browse to the destination folder and click on the Paste link
- Delete an object: select the objects and click on the Delete link in the command bar at the top of the pane
- Publish an object: select the objects you wish to publish. You can choose to make the objects not visible, visible to registered users only, or visible to all users
- Edit the document: click on the name of the document
