Issue: this occurs when you try to enter a request or make changes to days that are already closed.
Resolution: the HR or System Administrator must reopen the day that is currently in the "Closed" status:
- Go to Attendance > Attendance Book
- Set the filter to the date you are interested in
- Set the filter
> Status "Closed"
- Select the day you want to reopen (see Selecting items in a list)
- Click the "Reopen day" button at the bottom right (Note: after reopening the day, it is also necessary to reopen the month using the same procedure)
- Make the required modification to the reopened day
- Select the reopened days and click the "Process time stamps" or "Process reasons" button
Note: Days are automatically closed after 75 days.
Note: Days can also be manually closed, but applying the “Closed” status to attendance locks further processing and may cause anomalies in subsequent periods.
