Anomaly #11 – The minimum daily working time in the attendance model is not respected
FollowThe minimum daily working time in the attendance model is not respected
Issue: This occurs when the hours worked in a given day do not meet the limit set in the field "Minimum daily working time" in the attendance model.
Solution: The employee can submit an absence request, or the HR Manager or any Admin user can do it on their behalf:
- Go to Attendance > Requests
- Click New
- Select the reason corresponding to the missing hours
- Fill in the request by entering the date and time when the anomaly occurred
- Click Send
Alternatively, HR or the system Admin can manually add a reason to cover the missing hours:
- Go to Attendance > Attendance Book and set the status at the top right to Anomalies
- Click on the day marked as anomalous
- In the Reasons Summary section:
- If you want to increase the hours of an existing reason, simply edit the Duration/Quantity field
- If you want to add a new reason to cover the missing hours, click the button
, select the Reason and the corresponding Duration/Quantity for which the anomaly occurred
- At the bottom right, click the icon
- Finally, click Process reasons
