The minimum duration in the time slots is not respected

Problem: This occurs when the hours worked on that day do not meet the limit set by the field "Minimum duration (generates anomaly if not respected)" in the time slots of the attendance model.

Resolution: The employee can make a request regarding the reason for the missing hours, or it can be done by the HR Manager or any Admin user on their behalf:

1. Go to Attendance > Requests
2. Click on New
3. Select the reason for the missing hours 
4. Fill in the request by entering the date and time when the anomaly occurred
5. Click on Submit

Alternatively, the HR or the system Admin can fill in the reason:

1. Go to Attendance > Attendance Book and set the status in the top right to Anomalies 
2. Click on the anomalous day
3. In the Causals Summary section, click the button
4. Select the cause and the Duration/Quantity for the anomaly
5. In the bottom right button, click the arrow icon
6. Finally, click "Process causals"
