Anomaly #13 - Approved absences do not match the recorded time entries
FollowApproved absences do not match the recorded time entries
Problem: This occurs when the configured attendance model only allows for one day of absence, thus not expecting any time entries within that day.
Solution: The HR or system admin must correct the number of hours worked for the day:
- Go to Attendance > Attendance Log and set the status in the top-right corner to Anomalies
- Click on the day with the anomaly
- In the Causal Report section, verify that the causal and the duration/quantity are correct
- In the bottom-right button, click the icon
- Finally, click "Process Causals"
