Anomaly #14 - The approved leaves do not match the time punches

Problem: This occurs when the configured attendance model only includes a day of rest and does not account for any clock-ins or clock-outs within the day.
Resolution: HR or the system Admin must adjust the number of hours worked for the day:
- Go to Attendance > Attendance Book and set the status at the top right to Anomalies
- Click on the day with the anomaly
- Section Cause Summary check that the cause and the duration/quantity are correct
- In the bottom right button, click the icon
- Finally, click "process causes"
Alternatively, it is necessary to make changes to the attendance model by adding overtime. See Configure an overtime slot
