Anomaly #23 - Some of the days of the week are not processed
FollowSome of the days of the week are not processed
Problem: This occurs when some days of the week are still in "anomaly" or "not processed" status, and therefore they need to be corrected.
Solution: The employee can submit an absence request, or it can be done by the HR Manager or any Admin user on their behalf:
- Go to Presence > Requests
- Click on New
- Select the reason related to the missing hours
- Fill in the request by entering the date and time when the anomaly occurred
- Click on Send
Alternatively, the HR or System Admin can insert a reason for the missing hours:
- Go to Presence > Time Logs and set the status at the top right to Anomalies
- Click on the day with the anomaly
- In the Reason Summary section:
- If you want to increase the hours of an already existing reason, simply modify the Duration/Quantity field
- If you want to add a reason for the missing hours, click the button
> Select the reason and the Duration/Quantity for which the anomaly occurred
- In the bottom-right button, click the icon
- Finally, click "Process reasons"
