Stamps with a reason used on single-stamp days

Issue: Stamps linked to a reason have been used within a day whose presence model is set to “single stamp.”

Resolution:

1. The HR or Account Administrator must manually remove the reason from the affected stamp, or delete the stamp and create a new one, then reprocess the stamps for that day.
2. Non-HR or non-Administrator users, in the case of a virtual stamp, must delete the stamp linked to the reason and submit a new stamping request without a reason.

Note: If there are employees who use only “single stamp” days, account Administrators should:

1. Create a group
2. Add all users who use only “single stamp” days to this group
3. Access all stamp-related reasons from the section Settings → Application → Codings → Reasons
4. Exclude that group from having access to those reasons
