How to use projects
FollowProjects are containers that allow recruiters to logically organize the recruitment process. They are very similar to vacancies, but with some important differences:
- Projects can be linked to vacancies so that all applications received for the vacancies are copied directly to the project
- Projects do not appear on the Career Site
Typically, projects are used to keep the list of applicants to a vacancy intact and to manage the selection process more freely. A typical recruitment process with projects consists of the following steps:
- Create a vacancy and publish it on the Career Site
- Create a project and bind it to a vacancy indicating that the CVs sent in response to the vacancy will be automatically copied to the project
- Set the CV Assessment criteria in the project to classify the CVs based on the characteristics required by the role
- Search the CV Database for CVs using the search tools and add it to the project
- The recruitment isdone in the Project by applying statuses and creating the activities
