Adding CVs to a project manually
FollowYou can associate one or more CVs to a specific project. If you received the applications before creating the project, you will have to add the CVs manually. If, on the other hand, you create the project first, you can set CVs to be automatically added in that project (see also Adding CV to a project automatically).
To add a CV to a project
- Open a CV list
- Select one or more CVs ticking the selection box
- Click on Actions > Add to a project
- Choose an option between New project or Existing project
- Click on Add CV
If you select Existing project
- You will see the list of projects. Search for the project you are interested in using the Quick Search field or the Advanced Search form
- Select the project ticking the dot next to the project name
- Click on Add CV
If you select New Project
- You will see the form of a new project to be completed
- Fill in the form with the data and click on Save
