Job Postings KPI: Avg. Time to Hire field (days)

In the Summary > KPI section of each job posting, you can also find the field "Average Time to Select (days)". This field indicates the average time required to hire candidates for a specific posting.
To calculate it, the system considers the duration from the first date the candidate was assigned an Initial status to the first date the candidate was assigned a Successful Final status.
Any subsequent changes to that candidate’s status are not considered (so it's possible that even a candidate who is not currently hired contributes to this field’s calculation).
