Issue: the employee has a shift that expects alternate entry and exit clock-ins/outs, but has clock-in or out twice on the same day

How to fix it: the Administrator user or anyone in charge of resolving employees' anomalies can change the direction of the incorrect clock-in/out:

1. Click on Attendance > Anomalies
2. Open the anomaly and click on the clock-in/out o be modified
3. Change the direction of the clock-in/out by selecting the correct one from the drop-down menu in the Direction field
4. Click on Save
