CV icons
FollowWithin Altamira’s lists—namely the CV Database, the Job Ads, and the Projects—various icons appear that provide quick, visual information about the status of candidates or applications.
These icons help users to:
- quickly identify whether a candidate has been hired
- know if they are already involved in one or more recruitment processes
- or if their profile is duplicated in the system
Understanding the meaning of each icon allows you to work more efficiently, avoiding mistakes, duplicates, or redundant evaluations.
Below you’ll find a complete overview of the main icons you may encounter, along with their explanations and usage contexts.
Single person icon (hired)
This icon indicates that the candidate has been hired, or that the application comes from an employee already working at the company if the application was submitted through the internal career site.
The icon appears directly in the CV list to indicate that the selection process ended in a hire, or that the profile already belongs to the company’s workforce.
Gear icon (involved in one or more selection processes)
This icon shows that the candidate is currently involved in one or more active selection processes.
It helps avoid duplications and provides immediate awareness of whether a profile is already under evaluation.
Hovering over the icon displays a message specifying which selection processes the candidate is currently involved in.
Duplicate icon
The duplicate icon appears when a candidate has submitted multiple applications using the same identifying information.
The appearance of the icon depends on the duplicate check settings configured in the platform. The available options are:
- Check on first name, last name, and date of birth
- Check on first name, last name, and email
- Check on first name and last name
- Check on email
- Check on tax code
The selected configuration determines when two applications are considered duplicates and therefore marked with the corresponding icon.
