The personal homepage can include the Performance module dashboard, “My PMP”. This dashboard displays a summary of the active evaluation processes for you and any of your direct reports. From the same page, you can access both individual processes and the containers of the various evaluation projects.

Setting up the “My PMP” Dashboard on the Homepage

1. Login to Altamira HRM
2. Go to the Homepage and click “Dashboards” in the upper-right corner
3. Select the “My PMP” dashboard to display it on your homepage

Quick Actions

• To work on a specific evaluation, click the employee’s name in the relevant area
• To navigate between different projects, use the “Evaluation Projects” button
