The users authorized to take part in the performance evaluation process are generally the direct report, that is the employee to be evaluated, their manager and the HR users.
In Altamira Performance it is possible to limit access and visibility for certain participants in the PMP form at a certain stage of the process. For example, employees can enter their self-assessment but do not have visibility of the assessment entered by their manager until the latter validates it definitively. On the other hand, HR users can view and edit the whole PMP form.
Instead, the direct report and the manager will see their own column, in which they can insert their own assessment. The visibility of the complete PMP form is available to all participants once the process is completed, validated and concluded.
