Creating a New Evaluation Project
FollowThe evaluation project collects and coordinates all evaluations related to the same program (e.g., MBO, skills, annual review). From the Evaluation Projects page, you can set the main information, publish Instructions for employees, and start the cycle.
Once the project has been started, you can add and launch evaluations for each employee, monitoring progress and status directly from the project container.
How to create a new evaluation project:
- Go to PMP > Evaluation Projects
- Click New
- Fill in the main fields:
- Project Name
- Type (e.g., MBO, skills, etc.)
- Start Date and End Date
- Notes (optional)
- Click Create Project
Adding Instructions
- Open the Instructions tab (it opens automatically after saving) and enter the text with guidelines for employees or the project description
- When the text is ready, click Start Project
- Note 1: after starting the project, you will no longer be able to edit the content of the Instructions tab
- Note 2: the Instructions entered at the project level can be replicated in individual evaluation processes to ensure consistency and speed up the setup (if enabled in your configuration)
Tips
- Prepare the Instructions text in advance (deadlines, contacts, completion rules) to avoid edits after launch
- Use the Notes field for internal operational information
