Starting the employee evaluation process
FollowTo start the evaluation process for one or more employees:
- Go to PMP > Evaluation projects
- Click on the desired evaluation project
- Click on the Evaluations tab
- Click on Actions > Add evaluation
- Select the employee or employees to add by checking the corresponding box > click on Add employees
- Click on the evaluation status: usually the first status is called "Creation"
- Click the Start button at the bottom right to launch the process. At this point, the employee will receive a notification email informing them that the evaluation has started
Please note that the steps may vary depending on any custom configurations of your company account.
Note: in order to create new evaluations, the organization chart used for PMP must be configured. Setup > Performance > Settings > Organization Chart.
