The employee form and the skillsFollow
The employee card contains all the data present in the Altamira platform relating to a specific employee, such as:
- Personal data
- Position held within the company
- Business Unit
To view the employee list:
- Click on the Employees menu from the main menu
- Click on the Employee database item from the drop-down menu
- Click on the Employee list item
To assign skills to an employee:
- Open the employee form by clicking on Surname and name in the database employee list
- Click on New > Skills
- Drag the desired skills from the list in the left section to the right one
- Click on Save
Once all skills have been assigned, they will be visible in the employee form and it will also be possible to add the current level and the required ones.
