The PMP form
FollowA PMP form has several sections:
- Basic data: displays identifying elements of the PMP form
- PMP objectives: the list of objectives assigned to the direct report
- Skills: list of skills, their description and the level that the employee is expected to reach
- Mid-year review: mid-year review during which it is possible to update the information previously entered in the PMP. This phase also allows you to give a first assessment
- Objective assessment: each objective is assessed by both the direct report and the manager
- Skills assessment: each skill is assessed by both the direct report and the manager
- Final assessment: a summary of the previous assessments
- Development actions: direct report and manager propose initiatives aimed at improving skills and performance for the following year
