Training Effectiveness Evaluation

The Training Effectiveness Evaluation allows you to send employees a survey to measure the usefulness and impact they perceived from a specific training course.
E-learning Courses
The survey is sent when the user clicks Completed after finishing the last video listed in the “Lessons” tab. The employee will then receive an email containing a link to the survey.
In the “Evaluations” tab, you can find the summary report related to all submitted surveys. Individual evaluations are listed in the same tab under the “Evaluations List” section.
To enable this feature, select the flag Includes automatic sending of the Training Effectiveness Evaluation in the “Main Data” tab of the training course.

Classroom Courses
The survey is sent when the final result is selected in the “Edition Closure” tab. The employee will then receive an email containing a link to the survey.
In the “Evaluations” tab of the course, you can view the annual evaluation report, while each edition shows the summary specific to that edition. Individual evaluations are visible in the same tab under the “Evaluations List” section.
To enable this feature, select the flag Includes automatic sending of the Training Effectiveness Evaluation in the “Main Data” tab of the training course.
Manual Survey Sending
You can manually send the survey to course participants by selecting them from the Enrollments section or by using the dedicated button available in the course/edition form.
Survey
In both cases, the survey includes the following predefined questions (non-editable list format):
- How satisfied are you with this training course? (Rating 1–10)
- How likely are you to recommend this course to a colleague? (Rating 1–10)
- How useful did you find the learning materials provided? (Rating 1–10)
- How would you rate the trainer/instructor? (Rating 1–10)
- What changes would you make to this course? (Open text)
- Additional comments (Open text)
You can add an additional custom field to the survey. See Creating a new field.
