This feature allows you to send a questionnaire to course participants for the evaluation of training effectiveness

The back-office user can select the participants to whom they wish to send the evaluation

The participant will receive an email containing the link to complete the questionnaire

Learning: Setup of Training Effectiveness Evaluation

Process
From the Courses/Editions section

1. Open a course or edition
2. Click the Request Training Effectiveness Evaluation button
3. Select the participants who will receive the evaluation
4. Click the Send Request button
5. The evaluation will be created for each selected participant
6. The participant will receive a link to complete the questionnaire
7. View the evaluations and results in the course or edition record

From the Enrollments section

1. Go to the Enrollments section
2. Select the participants who will receive the evaluation
3. From the Actions menu, select Request Training Effectiveness Evaluation
4. The evaluation will be created for each selected participant
5. The participant will receive a link to complete the questionnaire
6. View the evaluations and results in the course or edition record

Notes

• The questionnaire cannot be sent to the same participant more than once
• All selected participants will receive the evaluation, even if their status is Withdrawn, Rejected, etc
