When you are viewing a list you can select items in three different ways:

• Selecting a single item

Tick the checkbox next to the item you wish to select

• Selecting all the items of all the pages in the list

Tick the collective checkbox located at the top of the checkbox column. This checkbox selects all the items, including those that are displayed in the other pages of the search results

• Selecting all the items of one single page

1. Tick the collective checkbox of all pages (this will select all elements of all pages)
2. Untick, that is, remove the tick from a element of the list (this will keep the selection of the elements of the page you are viewing, whilst removing that of all the other pages)
3. Tick again the checkbox unticked in step 2
