- Click on Save after filling in each section
BASE
The Basic section has the following fields:
- Name*: enter the name of the type of day (eg Full time 8 hours)
- Type*: the field is already selected with the item Days
- Maximum duration (hours/minutes): enter the maximum duration of ordinary working hours. The system does not assign additional hours of presence beyond the specified duration limit. If left empty, the maximum duration has no limits. The maximum duration is used when the total hours of the days are identified according to weekly and monthly working hours.
- Minimum working day duration (hours/minutes): enter the minimum duration of the working hours that the employee must carry out
If there are no weekly timetables, both the maximum and minimum duration fields must be completed in order not to generate anomalies
- Number of clock-in/out types *: select the type of stamping that the employee must carry out from the drop-down menu, from:
- Incoming and outgoing stamping - the employee stamps both incoming and outgoing in the configured time slots
- Single stamping - the employee stamps only once in the configured time slots
- No stamping - the employee never stamps
- Clock-in/outs accepted to: enter the time from which employees can start stamping the entry for the day (e.g. 8 hours 30 minutes if the stamping starts from 8.30)
- Clock-in/outs accepted from: enter the maximum end time by which employees must stamp the exit for the day (e.g. 18 hours 30 minutes if the possibility of stamping ends at 18.30)
- Next day: the box is to be selected if the time slots entered also include the following day, i.e. if the work shift exceeds midnight
- Exclude the "Missing hours" anomaly: if checked, the system does not consider the missing hours and therefore does not generate an anomaly even if the hours worked are missing. Selecting this option is equivalent to leaving the minimum duration field empty
- Active: check the box to make the presence model active and visible in the back office
