On your personal Altamira HRM homepage, you can access the dashboard related to the Learning module, My Training, your main reference point for independently managing all training-related activities.

To set the My Training dashboard on your homepage:

1. Log in to Altamira HRM
2. In the homepage section, click the dashboard settings icon in the top right corner
   (three vertical dots)
3. Select the My Learning dashboard

Once set, the dashboard will remain visible every time you access Altamira HRM, providing you with an immediate overview of your training status.

The homepage typically displays the following in a clear and organized way:

• The Course Catalog button, which allows you to access the dedicated section directly
• The courses you are currently attending, with title, category, and format (classroom or eLearning)
• Your upcoming lessons, listed by date, with details such as time, room, and lesson name
• Your pending enrollments awaiting approval, including information about the course type and category
• Your courses that are about to expire, if any
• Your training history, showing the list of courses you’ve already completed

All information is updated in real time, so you always have full visibility of your training journey.

From the eLearning courses shown in your dashboard you can open the lessons with one click: this opens the lesson viewer, where you consume the content, browse the course learning materials and mark the lesson as complete. You always resume from the last lesson you were taking.
