When you submit an export request, data is exported in a background job and a notification email is sent when the job is complete.

If the data's size is smaller than 5 MB then it is sent directly in the notification email as a compressed attachment, otherwise the email will contain a link that allows you to download the data from the platform.

You can always download the data extracted by an export job from the Downloads section.

To download the data from an export job:

1. Click on Other > Downloads from the top menu
2. Search for the download you require by using the download search form
3. Click on the Open link
4. Click on the Download link at the bottom of the form

If you have requested a large amount of data to export it can take a considerable amount of time to generate. To check on the progress of an export request:

1. Click on Other > Downloads from the top menu
2. Search for the download you require by using the download search form
3. Click on the Open link
4. Check the Status field to verify the progress of the export job
