To configure your personal preferences:

1. Click on the arrow in your user account icon on the top right 
2. Select Personal preferences
3. Fill in the form with the required information
4. Click on Save

The form has the following fields:

• Account
• Username: Use this field to change the username that you use to access the platform. If the username is already in use you will be warned and you need to choose a different name
• Password and Password confirmation: Use these fields to change the password you use to access the platform. You will have to type the new password and confirm it

• My preferences
• System language: Use this drop down list to change the language the platform is displayed in. You will need to select a country from the Country drop down list
• Country: Use this drop down list to choose a country. This setting determines the way the platform displays and accepts dates, times and numbers

Altamira Recruiting If you have Altamira Recruiting, there will be an additional section of personal preferences for the CV settings

• CVs
  
  • Show unread CV's using a bold font: this option will highlight unread CVs using a bold font when you are viewing a list of CVs. Once you open and view a CV it will be considered read and will appear using a normal font
  • Show unread CVs using a bold font for each vacancy: this option will highlight unread CVs using a bold font when you are viewing a list of CVs received for a vacancy. The same CV will be considered unread for each vacancy: if it has been viewed in Vacancy A it will be considered unread in Vacancy B
  • Show unread CVs using a bold font for each project: this option will highlight unread CVs using a bold font when you are viewing a list of CVs received for a project. The same CV will be considered unread for each project: if it has been viewed in Project A it will be considered unread in Project B
  • Number of items shown per page: this will set how many items are shown in lists throughout the platform. To maximise performance only the first 2500 items in a result set are shown in lists
  • Number of applicants to display in the recent items list: this sets the number of CVs the platform remembers in the recent items list
  • Number of vacancies, projects and clients to display in the recent items list: This sets the number of other items the platform remembers in the recent items list
  • Default view when printing CVs: select the default view when printing CVs
