Password reset
FollowFor security reasons in data processing, the Altamira Customer Success team does not directly manage accounts or passwords, so if a user forgets their password or causes their account to be locked, it is possible to:
- Reset the password at this link
https://platform.altamirahrm.com/dn/common/login/SendPassword.aspx
An email will be sent with instructions to set a new password. Or:
- Ask an Administrator user to resend you your credentials
The Admin user will have to:
- Click on > Security> Users from the main menu
- Search for the user by typing their name in the Quick Search field
- Click on the desired user name in the Username column
- Click on Send email
