To configure a user for access to Altamira via SSO, the client must follow these steps:

• First, create the user account in Microsoft 365
• The user must be granted access to Altamira from Azure Active Directory > Enterprise applications > Altamira HRM > Users and groups
• The user must also be created in Altamira under Settings > Security > Users, ticking the Single sign-on checkbox.
  Note: Do not assign any group, as groups are synchronized from Microsoft 365. This step can be skipped entirely if automatic user creation in Altamira is enabled.
